I’m trying to set up a Zap with Facebook Lead Ads, but I keep getting the following error:

Unable to pull leads Please reload the page. If the issue persists, troubleshoot error or contact Support. Error code: Error while retrieving: The app returned "Failed to create test lead for the specified leadgen form".

I’ve already checked the following:

  • My Facebook Page is active and the lead form is published (not in draft).

  • The Zapier app has all required permissions (including Leads) in Business Integrations.

  • I am an Admin on the Page.

Despite this, Zapier still can’t create a test lead. When I test with Facebook’s Lead Ads Testing Tool, I can see the error that Zapier does not have leads permission, even though the integration shows that all permissions are granted.

Has anyone experienced this issue or found a workaround? How can I get Zapier to successfully pull leads from my Facebook form?

Please post screenshots for Data in and Data Out for us to have to more context. It might be possible that it’s just a glitch or some temporary error. Hope it helps!
