Hey @dwdigi,

If test is working what’s the issue? For live zaps, see the zap history here- https://zapier.com/app/history to spot any errors there.

Otherwise please post screenshots of Data In, Data Out as well as how each Zap step is configured for us to have more context. Hope it helps!

Hey @dwdigi,

The screenshots you shared are successful so I don’t know what exact issue you are referring to.

@dwdigi

For us to have more context, post these screenshots:

  • how your Zap steps are outlined in order
  • how your Zap steps are configured in the CONFIGURE tab while in EDIT mode with the field mappings and field types visible
  • any warnings in the left rail of the Zap Editor that would indicate potential issues to address
  • DATA OUT from Zap step 1

Hi @Sparsh from Automation Jinn

Agreed, the test and data in and data out are successful, but the ‘Publish’ button remains greyed out.

Did you review this help link? (see screenshot below)

Help link to reference for your issue: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496199466125-Can-t-turn-on-or-publish-Zap

Can you post a screenshot showing your entire Zap Editor so we can see the left rail and how your Zap steps are outlined in order?

Can you post screenshots showing any warnings in the Status section of left side rail?

Hi @Tonbig

Yes, I’ve read the article.

My zap doesn’t show any warning/issues/errors.

Are these the screenshots you need?

Your screenshot shows your Zap is currently turned ON.

It was published 2 days ago.

If you are not able to Publish again, that means you have not made changes to the Zap for there to be changes to published a new Zap version.

@Tonbig

It’s on, but it’s not running. It’s still a draft.
It is supposed to run every 15 min, picking up any new leads in the google sheet.

Help links for Zap Drafts and Versions: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/9693520498445-Create-Zap-drafts-and-versions

A Zap can be live (turned ON) and have a Zap Draft.

You can delete a Zap Draft.

You can publish a Zap Draft to replace the current live Zap Versions, if there are changes made to the Zap step configuration.

Check your Zap Run history for activity and errors: https://zapier.com/app/history/

Zap trigger: GSheets - New or Updated Row

Zap will trigger where:

  • There is a New Row
  • An existing Row is updated
    • Spreadsheet: Meta Leads
    • Worksheet: Sheet1
    • Column: email

Check the warnings in each Zap step CONFIGURE tab.

For GSheets, if you are using a spreadsheet in a Shared Drive, then use a different Zap trigger:

“New or Updated Spreadsheet Row (Team Drive)”

Try turning your Zap OFF, then back ON to see if that resolves the issue.

Help links for using the apps in Zaps:

I’d recommend using Airtable instead of GSheets to avoid some of these issues.

Airtable: https://zapier.com/apps/airtable/integrations#triggers-and-actions
