zapier chatbot public URL does not open.. what could be the reason. I'm a premium subscriber for the product.

I’m so sorry to not have come across your post here sooner! Not sure whether you’ve already managed to get this solved but I’ve just tried using accessing the public URL for a chatbot and it loaded successfully. So it seems that it might have been a temporary glitch?
If not and you’re still having trouble accessing it perhaps there’s a browser or cache-related issue that’s preventing it from loading? In which case can you try opening the URL for the chatbot in a different browser or in a private browsing tab/window to see if that then allows it to be loaded it successfully?
