I’m using the Dante AI application, where I created an assistant for my prospects. On the Dante AI website, they offer an integration with Messenger, for which I subscribed to the $29 plan. However, I’m currently unable to integrate my Facebook Page — even though I’ve connected both Facebook and Dante AI, Zapier doesn’t allow me to select my page in the automation. I’ve already disconnected and reconnected my accounts multiple times, and refreshed the platform several times, but without success. I’d like to point out that my Facebook Page is linked to a personal account, and I’m wondering if that could be the cause of the issue.  

Zapier doesn’t allow me to select my Facebook Page, even though my Facebook account is properly connected.

Sorry to hear none of your Facebook pages are loading. This type of issue is usually down to the connected Facebook account not having the right permissions. 

Can you try selecting the Custom value option for the Page field, then enter the Facebook Page’s ID? Check out Facebook’s Find your Facebook Page ID guide for details on where to find that.

Once that’s done, test the Facebook Messenger action to see if it works. If it doesn’t, then it’s likely the account is lacking the correct access permissions for the page.
