Unable to find the Zap in Zapier

When I click on a zap link. i cannot find the zap. It is shows that zap does not exist. It also shows message that you dont have access to this zap please tell me the solution?

Just popping in here as I spotted you reached out to our Support team about this and the ticket was marked as solved. They identified that you were either attempting to access a Zap that you’ve not been granted access to, or the Zap was located on another Team plan account that you weren’t logged into.

I’ll share the key info from their reply below, in case it’s helpful to others that might run into a similar situation:

Do you have two accounts on this Zapier team account? It looks like it to me based on the members listed
 
With that in mind, and seeing which email you're contacting us from - you're trying to access a Zap you don't have access to. The Zap will either need to be shared, or if my earlier comment was accurate, you will need to log in from the other account you use.

This error occurs because:

  1. The Zap does not exist – The Zap might have been deleted or moved.

  2. You don’t have permission – The Zap is in an account or workspace that you don’t have access to.

  3. You're logged into the wrong account – The Zap belongs to a different account.
