Hi,

I am trying to update a deal to "quote sent” as a deal stage when I sent a pandadoc - document.

Step 1 & 3 are working, step 2 is not finding the deal, what am i doing wrong?

Step 2: Pipedive - Find Deal

You are trying to search for a Pipeddrive Deal by the ID of the Pipedrive Deal.

The ID field expects a number as indicated by the 123 icon.

But you have mapped 2 variables with values of the PandaDoc Document Name and PandaDoc Document ID, neither of which are the ID of the Pipedrive Deal.

What could be the solution then?

Why is it even asking for pandadoc information because it should happen in pipedrive.

I am so bad at this 😭

There needs to be a value (or combo of values) you can use from PandaDoc to search for a matching Pipedrive Deal.

Try changing the Field to Search By to a different option, perhaps to search by Name.

 

The deal is found and this is “DATA OUT” which is correct. The person who sent the document was indeed "Gijsbert” so that worked
Now here comes the weird part, the info in is “person ID” → Nothing.
And the ID  is 39? 

While step 1. and 2. had data IN and OUT ID 30.

What is going on here? 

Now it seems like step 1 and 2 are working but 3 is half working. Because it did update something in my pipeline but it was a complete random person.
