Unable to find a deal in Pipedrive: Zap data was not found

Hi! I hope someone can help me figure this out.

 

I’m creating an Action using the Pipedrive app. All is good and running except when I do the “Find Activity”. If I add a deal and use the custom field “Find Deal in Pipedrive”, It always says zap data not found. I’m not sure if it has something to do with skipping the test? I skip the other actions and it did not give any issues like this.

Hi @jess123,

It looks like you may have skipped the “Find Deal in Pipedrive” action step, which is why it isn’t returning any data. I suggest testing that step to see if it returns the complete data you need. Once you have that, you can then map it to the other step.
