I have an integration that create/update the leads module on Zoho One CRM.

I am receiving an error every time the lead email already exists, and it doesn't update the fields as it should do

Ill appreciate any help?

We are getting the same problem, this is our configuration

 

 

And the error we get sometimes

 

 

It looks like it’s attempting to update the Email field, but the email field was set as the duplicate check field, so when trying to update the email field, it breaks. 

Any suggestions or pointers are appreciated.

You can try removing Email as a duplicate check field since that is optional.

Otherwise, it’s likely due to settings in Zoho CRM.

You can try first doing a Find/Create entry, then Update entry.

OR

Doing a Create/Update entry.
