We’ve got an existing feature request for the ServiceTitan New Customer trigger, New Booking trigger and Search Customers action to supply the phone number and email address details:
So I’ve added your vote to that which will help to increase its priority. I can’t make any promises around when it might be added by the developers of the ServiceTitan app but, we’ll definitely send you an email notification as soon as they do. In the meantime, there’s a workaround I suggested in that other topic of using a custom action to make a request to ServiceTitan’s Customers_Get endpoint which you might want to try.
As the feature request is already being discussed in a different topic we’re going to close this out so that folks can follow along with any updates in a single place. For anyone that comes across this post and wants to be added to the bug report please reach out on the main topic and we’ll take care of that!
