Unable to connect to Netsuite account

I have created all of the relevant keys and tokens in Netsuite with the SuiteApp for Zapier installed and active as well but after multiple hours of trying various ways of modifying how the keys and tokens are created, I can’t get Netsuite and Zapier to connect. The error that I always receive is:

This account connection is expired. You'll need to reconnect the account before continuing.
