Unable to connect to monday.com and HubSpot via Zapier

I am attempting to connect my HubSpot and Monday.com accounts. such that contact records update automatically regardless of is they were made from Monday.com or HubSpot. Monday.com already has an integration for this, but its one way (HubSpot to Monday.com). I'm trying to create a Zapier to automate this but it keeps coming up as an error ‘Resource not found’ this being the ‘Item ID’. How can I carry this over if the Records being created do not recognize the column on monday.com.

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing:

  • the encountered error in the Zap step
  • how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.
