Dear Team,

I have configured my SMS bot Zap to send SMS using Twilio. During the setup process, the test trigger worked properly, and data was retrieved successfully. However, I encountered an issue when attempting to turn on the Zap for automatic SMS replies.

The Zap is not turning on, and I am unsure how to resolve this issue. Could you please assist me in identifying the cause and guide me on how to activate the Zap successfully?

Looking forward to your support.

Hi @voicerules

Which Zapier plan do you have?

Zaps with 3+ steps require a Zapier paid plan.

Zaps using Premium Zap apps require a Zapier paid plan.

Post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode, along with screenshots related to you being unable to turn your Zap ON.

Hi [Zapier Support],

Currently, I am on Zapier's free plan. I understand that Zaps with 3+ steps or those using Premium apps require a paid plan. I will share screenshots of my Zap steps and configurations in EDIT mode as requested, along with the issues I'm facing when trying to turn my Zap ON.

If the issue is related to my plan's limitations, I would appreciate guidance on upgrading or any possible workarounds. Thank you for your support!"

@voicerules

There is an indicator that: This Zap is using 1 Pro feature

You can open to see more info.

Webhooks Zap app is Premium.

Hi @voicerules,

+1 to Troy. You need at least a Pro plan to execute the desired workflow of your Zap since Webhook by Zapier is a premium feature that is only available on the Pro plan and up. Here is the link for the plans available. https://zapier.com/app/planbuilder/plans
