I have a zap that the connection was not working, i finally got the connection back, but now i can’t get the zap to run b/c Zapier can’t see the spreadsheet its trying to access.

The spreadsheeet is on One drive. 

The spreadsheeet is nested.

its nested down into 3 folders - then the file is there.

 

I have all folders correct (as shown on this photo), the correct file is there, the worksheet is there. 

I don’t have a table to select (there is no option)

Try using this Zap trigger: Excel - New Row

 


I think i now have it syncing up. but my data is still not transferring over to mailchimp.

 

Is there a trick to getting the zap to look over the entire spreadsheet and zap it over? or does it only do it 1x a day, etc?

The Zap trigger is New Row.

Meaning it will only trigger when there is a new row in the Excel file.

If you are trying to transfer existing data, then you may be better served with one of these options:
