Typeform error: retrieving: CustomUser matching query does not exist.

Hello.

I’m trying to create a zap connecting a Typeform and Gmail. But when I get to the Test Trigger step, I always get this error:

Error while retrieving: CustomUser matching query does not exist.

It is a new Typeform I’m working with, so I tried submitting a test entry on the form, but I’m still getting the same error.

What can I do?

Hi there @celodraws ! I’m Rachael with the Community team and I’m here to help (I hope 😅)

So when you’re setting up the Typeform trigger, it should look like this:

are you selecting it from the “Form” page, or typing it in the “Custom” section? I would give a try at refreshing your Zap once you have your Typeform live, and then selecting it from the Form area (same with the reply).

Let me know if you are able to see the Typeform Survey on the “form” section, and feel free to post a screenshot (with any personal info removed!) and we can take a look together.
