Im having an problem fetching the image in google drive once I run the python code to download the image from a Twilio sms message.

It looks like the Python Code step is only outputting a relative file path for the file which is potentially what’s causing the trouble with the upload:

To be able to upload a file to Google Drive you’d need to get the file object or a publicly-accessible download link for the file—see: Send files in Zaps

If the Webhooks trigger provides a publicly-accessible link to the file then you could potentially by-pass the Code step entirely and just pass that directly into the Google Drive action.
