Trying to sync my Wix bookings to Google Calendar

Hi everyone, I’ve recently made a booking page on my website and I usually use Google Calendar to keep all my activities tidy and in order so I tried to make a zap where:
When client books a lesson → take name, last name, type of service, date & time start and date & time end → import to my google calendar.

The test shows up perfectly on my google calendar of course but Today I’ve been receiving bookings and these don’t show up.

Did anyone have my same problem? Is there a way to fix it? The steps I mentioned before are the only ones present in the zap, maybe I am missing a step?

Hi, It looks like it works… but not every time, actually pretty rarely… Today I booked two lessons for a client directly from my wix calendar and one got actually imported to google calendar, all my other clients bookings did not get imported. In my history it shows up only 1 activity which is the one that actually got imported and nothing else, I also setup the filter to “all statuses”.

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing:

  • how your Zap steps are outlined
  • how your Zap steps are configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible
