@Pera

You should copy/paste the Crisp Token you get from Crisp without any other values.

Hi @Pera

Make sure there are no extra leading/trailing spaces in the value that you copy/paste.

Hi, there is no trailing slash in token and I am also wondering, what is this dash in the image below, I tried to paste my token with this dash and without a dash, the same error I got. Should I try to generate new token instead? Can you help me to solve this?

Your welcome, but I have I think the last issue with Zapier on third step with testing, The app returned "HTTP 405 unknown_method". I will create a separate post for that.

Hi @Pera,

The "HTTP 405 unknown_method" error during Zap testing usually means the request uses an unsupported HTTP method. To troubleshoot, double-check that your Zap is using the correct technique (for example, PUT for updates), review the app's documentation for allowed methods, and test the request in a tool like Postman. If the issue continues, consider contacting the app's support team for further assistance.

I hope this helps. Let us know how it goes or if you have any other questions.
