I want this to happen. When a New Transcript is created, then is sent to Chat GPT to summarize it. However, when I test it, although it does not give me any errors, I don’t get any data out and I check my chat GPT account and nothing has been sent there. Where should I look for? Am I missing something? Thanks!

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap step is configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.

Make sure you test Zap step 1.
The variable mapped in Zap step 2 for the field “Text to be Analyzed” shows a warning symbol meaning the variable may need to be remapped or is invalid.

Are you seeing DATA OUT from Zap step 1 for the mapped variable field in Zap step 2?
Provide updated screenshots with the DATA OUT from Zap step 1 and how Zap step 2 is now configured.

As a workaround, try this Zap action: AI by Zapier - Analyze and Return Data
Recent screenshots show a correctly mapped variable with a value for ChatGPT.
Make sure to retest the ChatGPT step as the screenshot indicates it may have not been tested recently.
