the zapier integration with my tally form to the google sheet is not working.
After each response, the integration was supposed to create a new row; the status is showing completed, but no new row on the Google sheet. in fact, it is not even adding anything at all. not once.

Sorry to hear the Zap isn’t adding new rows into Google Sheets as expected. Does it say in the Zap history the number of the row it created?
If the rows aren’t completely clear of values, or contain formulas then it could be that it’s been added it but much further down the sheet. As mentioned in the guide here: Work with Google Sheets in Zaps:
If that’s not the case, would you mind sharing a screenshot of the current set up of the Create Spreadsheet Row action? We don’t have access to view your Zaps so screenshots are super helpful to us when it comes to troubleshooting issues like this. Make sure to blur/remove any personal info (names, emails etc.) before sharing using a tool like Zappy.
