Troubleshooting WordPress connection issues with Zapier and MailChimp

I’ve exhausted all the help topics around connecting WordPress to Zapier. We’re just trying to tag new WordPress subscribers in MailChimp. 

WP seems to be successfully connected, then a day or two later it disconnects. 

Anyone know of a workaround, or is it just not possible to keep WP connected in Zapier?

Before proceeding, please share a detailed screenshot of configuring your Zap and the Apps issue and all of its fields. So we can guide to the right path. Please don't include personal information in the screenshot or blur out any personal information.
