I have a Zap that triggers on updated customer, then updates some google sheets.  Pretty basic.  Not only does the trigger not pull in the correct entries when testing -- it pulls in the same 3 no matter what (I have hundreds of customers).  It also does not work when published no matter what fields I change in a customer account in QB. Additionally it does not pull the notes field in -- which is what I need to add to the gsheet. 

For what it’s worth, this was ALL working a month ago.  Nothing has changed, now none of it works.

How are things progressing here? I checked on that related topic Troy mentioned and it appears to be related to a bug where Zaps using certain QuickBooks triggers are delayed in triggering.

Is your Zap also delayed in triggering, or is it no longer triggering at all when customers are updated?

Or is the issue more that you’re not seeing recent test records load in the Zap editor, and you’re unable to select the Notes field?
