Troubleshooting Trello and Google Sheets integration errors in Zapier

I have a basic zap to facilitate communication between Trello and Google Sheets. I use multiple iterations of this sequence, and all have stopped working properly. When I go in to troubleshoot, it says “The Trello step hit an error. Error while hydrating from Trello: the app returned ‘None’”. But when I push replay run, it successfully move through the trigger and stops on the first action, which is “Only continue if comment exists”.  I’ve also noticed that some data from one Trello board is ending up in the wrong document. Any insight would be much appreciated!

Hi @MT1990

Check your Zap app connection for Trello here: https://zapier.com/app/connections

Reconnected if needed.

Try duplicating the Zap if the issue persists.

If the issue persists, then try opening a ticket with Zapier Support: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

Thanks @Troy Tessalone - my first attempt to fix the problem was to rebuild the four zaps that use this sequence. Everything worked in the testing phase. I will open a ticket with support. Thank you!

I’m also facing a similar issue with a zap that’s supposed to create and attach google drive folders to a trello cards once they’re moved to a specific list, but it’s stopped working these last few days. It’s sort of random, for some cards it works and for some it doesn’t, however the only pattern I noticed is that for cards with 0 previous attachements it works 100% of the time which is weird. Has anyone found any fix to this?

Same issue her. Have a zap going from Trello to Google sheets. Most cards are successful, but consistently cards that are created via a Filestage-Trello ZAP does not communicate on the Trello - Google sheets zap. Hydrating: NONE error.

Hi folks, I can see that the Support team added @MT1990 to a bug report for a Trello issue where attachments were running into hydration errors. That bug was fixed today, so your Zaps should no longer be seeing those hydration errors! 🎉

Just to be sure though, can you double-check your Zaps and confirm that’s definitely the case? I want to make sure everything is working as expected now. 🤞
