Ive been experimenting with Zapier and custom GPTs, but it didn’t work at the start then worked after a bit, but now its not working again, is there a problem with the server because the status.zapier page didn't contain any problems.

I couldn’t see any incidents reported on OpenAI’s status page for April 20th specifically but there were some incidents reported before and after which potentially could have been related to the errors you were seeing 🤔
