Troubleshooting payment capture issues with PayPal in Zapier

I have connected my Paypal business account in Zapier, created a Zap for it and used the trigger “Payment Sale Webhooks” 

However, it doesn’t capture any new payment sale completed from my Paypal account.

I am not sure anymore how to find the disconnect, what’s the problem why it is not capturing any of my payments.

Can someone help me out?

Hi ​@jennywatzka 

Did you test PayPal by making a purchase AFTER the Zap trigger step was configured?

If not, do that, then try to pull thru new trigger step example records to use to configure the Zap action steps.
