Hi Zapier Support Team,  

I need your assistance with the following two Zaps:  
 

ZAP 1: --Details removed by moderator--
- Trigger: User submits a Gravity Form on this page: https://mutufinance.com.au/draft/  

- Issue: The Zap executes successfully, and the steps for creating a record in HubSpot and connecting with Mercury work as expected. However, the final step of creating an opportunity is not functioning. Could you help troubleshoot and resolve this issue?  
 

ZAP 2: --Details removed by moderator-- 
- Trigger: Same as above (Gravity Form submission on this page: https://mutufinance.com.au/draft/).  

- Issue: Similar to Zap 1, the Zap executes, and the Mercury connection completes successfully. However, the step to create an opportunity is not working here either.  

I’d greatly appreciate your support in fixing these issues. Please let me know if you need additional details or access.

Us folks in the Community here aren’t able to access your Zaps or account. If you’d want the Support team to take a look into your Zaps to investigate things further you can get in touch with them here: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

That said, we’d happy to assist in troubleshooting those issues here!

To help give us a bit more context as to what the issue might be can you please share screenshots to show the current set up of the Zaps, as well as any error messages you might be seeing? Make sure to blur or remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing - you can use a tool like Zappy for that.

Since we didn’t hear back, I wanted to share a suggestion that our Support Team provided jody in case it helps others with a similar issue:

“I've checked you're Zap, and it appears that the error occurred on step 2, where it says that the contact email you're trying to create in HubSpot already exists. 
 
That said, I suggest changing you're step 2 action event from "Create Contact" to "Find Contact," setting the "First search property name" to "Contact information: Email," and then mapping the email from your trigger app to "First search property value." Kindly see this image.

Once done, Kindly check the "Create HubSpot Contact if it doesn’t exist yet?" and map additional details to be created in HubSpot. Kindly see this image.

With this setup, you'll be able to create a contact in HubSpot if one doesn't already exist.”
