Hi All,

I will preface this by saying I am quite new to this and likely prone to stupid mistakes. I have a webhook to 11Labs set up that reurns an audio file as .mp3, then my zap merges that with a video in Creatomate. I’ve tested this several time with successful outcomes.

Now, when I try to run the Zap, the Creatomate merging step fails- showing this error in Zapier. A similar error is shown on the Creatomate API page.

After checking back thru previous test runs, I see that Zapier always provides the data in as a link, as opposed to the hydrate file (unsure what this is, to be honest) retuned from the webhook. Looks like the following:

This had never been a problem, but on the runs that are now failing, pasting that link into a browser returns a .txt file. Doing the same on successful runs retuns a .mp3 file. I haven’t done anyhting to alter how the data is returned, so I am unsure what changed, aside from the fact that Webhooks by Zapier is running a new version in the last couple day. Any help is appreciated, let me know if there are other screenshots that would be of use if provided. Thanks!

Hi @Moobulous

Try testing again.

Zapier recently released a fix to Webhooks: https://status.zapier.com/incidents/46c1xc5whxk4

If it is still an issue, try opening at ticket with Zapier Support: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

Hi @Moobulous, just wanted to check in—did the fix the team rolled out solve things, or is your Zap still running into errors?

Want to make sure this gets sorted, let us know whether you still need any help! 🙂
