Hello, I had a working email parser that would extract the contents from the email based on my template. This was working fine but on some random occasion the output is not correct even though what I see in extracted view is correct. I am not sure how to even fix this because it works most of the time correctly. Any ideas on what could be the issue here and if this can be resolved somehow?

How did you get on with that AI by Zapier action Troy suggested? Did it work more consistently than Email Parser for extracting the content from the emails?
