Referencing some of the fixes from the article-

• Upgrade your Facebook Lead Ads account permissions. 
• Reconnect your Facebook Lead Ads account after you upgrade your permissions.
• In your Zap, re-select your form from the dropdown menu.
• In your Zap, test your Facebook Leads Ads trigger step to confirm that Facebook Lead Ads is sending valid data from your form.
  • (Optional) If you do not have any new leads, create a sample lead using the Facebook Lead Ads testing tool.

Hi there ​@yogupta! 👋 Did the potential fix Sparsh shared help to get the Zap triggering for new leads?

Saw you also mentioned that some forms have slightly different fields so I wanted to suggest loading in a test record for each form where the field names are different. That will allow you to map the differently named fields to the relevant Slack and/or Webhooks action fields as well. That will help to ensure that regardless of which lead form is triggering the Zap the information will still be passed over to the Zap’s actions.
