I connected my Google sheet to Zapier so it can transfer my data to Go high level. When i test the Zap, the test data moves to my CRM. Once I copy and paste the remaining data to my google sheet it wont go to Zapier. What am i doing wrong?

You will have to review how you have set up the trigger of googlesheet, i.e new row added OR New Row Added/Updated.
I suggest you use New Row Added/Updated, Make sure the zap is published before you add the data to sheet.
Also review the zap runs as well to see whether the zap is triggering or not and if there are any issues.
