I am getting an error when testing a step where I send data to a chatbot created in Zapier. I am sending fields from steps that are running before that step. All the earlier steps are running without any issues at all. The only one that is giving me that error is the one with the chatbot integration. Not sure what the issue is.

Sorry to hear you’re getting a “Forbidden” error with the Chatbot action in your Zap. I can see that you also reached out to Support team about this and they’re waiting on a response from you via email. I’d recommending continuing the conversation with them over email as they’ll be able to access the logs for your Zap to investigate further. If you can’t see their reply in your email inbox, I’d recommend searching your spam/junk folder or searching your inbox for any emails from zapier.com in case it’s been misplaced.

Just following up to share an update for anyone who comes across this thread—looks like the Support team was able to enable the Chatbot action for you, which resolved the ‘Forbidden’ error you were seeing.
