Hi everyone! I’m looking for support on a form we set up years ago and has been working fine until recently. The automation is failing at point 2 but I can’t work out why. Hopefully someone can help?

1- Jotform completed (warranty reg for product)

2- Filter- only contuine if model number exists 

 

I have tested this multiple times, the model number is required field on the jotform so cannot be empty or missed when completing the form. I have attached a screenshot showing filter message

Try testing the Zap trigger step to pull in a recent example record, then reconfigure the Zap Filter step condition.

Thank you both! The filter should be Answer Model not field, although it had not been changed- it’s now fixed.
