Currently I’m working on automating the process of putting leads in our CRM system called Simplicate.

Everytime a new lead is added I want to add a note to the timeline stating where the lead came from.

But everytime I test this step it says it has send a timeline not but it does not appear on the timeline. Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong?

If you need more help, try contacting Simplicate Support for help with their app and their Zap app integration.

 

For Step 13, the “Test” returned the Message ID, that you should be able to reference in Simplicate.
