Trouble with Zap from JobTread to GHL and Back.

I have not bee successful in setting up my zaps from JobTread to GHL and for the opposite. 
Zap 1 - JobTread to GHL - I can get the Name and email to zap and update but not the phone.
Zap 2 - GHL to JobTread - I cannot get it set up to work or map GHL. I do not understand what I am missing.

I am certain that it would not take very long to achieve either. Thanks
