I created my first ZAP on a free trial. Both steps passed the test and it says the Zap was successfully run.
I have it set to upload a video to youtube after it is uploaded to my google drive. Despite it being turned on the video has not been uploaded.
I see I can get better help if I upgrade my package but please forgive me for speaking out of line but I find it odd to pay for something that hasn’t worked thus far.

When you test the YouTube action "Upload Video", the step will not upload the video.
It will return default data so that you can continue setting up the Zap without affecting your channel.
