Good morning @Sparsh from Automation Jinn - and appreciate you responding. I have rolled out RingCentral yet - since they are still pending my SMS (up to 20 days to approve). So this is just about notification via email (until SMS is approved).
I have a short form for the client to fill out on drop off (this form is uploaded by a QR code, so the client can do it on their phone)- this includes their name, phone #, email, pet name and reason for visit. This information is stored in a table
The nurse, can also use their phone or a clinic Device to scan a QR code, where they can drop down a pet name (from the tables), drop down a status of the pet, add an optional message and send.

Honestly, Im not sure what data in/out you are needing? I did try and work it out with the AI CoPilot, so I have a lot of back/forth I can screenshot, but that might not be what you are looking for - and its a lot.
I know there are people on here who are paid to configure/fix, if that is something I can discuss with you - let me know. I assume at that time you can tap into my account and figure it out a lot faster? I assume it's ok asking this here, and I am not breaking any rules?
Any help is appreciated, this is our BIGGEST client complaint, poor communication. Just trying to better ourselves

I think SMS may not be sent due to 10DLC approval which you should try after getting approved. I can understand how it can get a bit more complex and technical as the workflows are usually personalized to user’s needs. But, it’s great to see you want to leverage Zapier in your business.

Check Zap run history for error details and confirm Ringcentral sms is fully approved.
