Can you tell us a bit more about the which app isn’t sending the messages as expected? And were there any changes made to the Zap recently that might have caused it to stop working?
And can you please share some screenshots showing the Zap’s setup, as well as any examples showing the unexpected behavior? This would help to give us a bit more context on the situation. Be sure to use a tool like Zappy to remove any personal info like names, emails etc. before sharing as this is a public space.

اتحدث ان الزابات كلها متناسقه وان التطبيق واتس اب اذهب إلى الزاب احصل انه تم الارسال ولكن لا تصلني رسائل لكل الزابات وقت كبير من اليوم ويعمل وقت آخر في اليوم فقط ولا استطيع متابعة الرسائل لعدم قدومها في كثير من الأوقات

I’m saying that all the Zaps are consistent and the WhatsApp app — when I go to the Zap, I see that it shows as sent, but I don’t receive the messages. For all the Zaps, there are long periods during the day when it doesn’t work, and then it only works at other times of the day. I can’t keep track of the messages because they often don’t arrive.

Is it the message_reminder template that you’re using for the WhatsApp messages?
If so, can you give the following a try to see if that helps to fix it:

Go into WhatsApp and mark the business account that's sending the messages as interested. For example:

-
If that doesn't work, try turning off all Zaps that use this template for 24 hours (this is the time-period they allow users to reply to messages) and then turn them back on.

And if that doesn’t work either, try replying back to the business account’s last message with just the word “interested” (with out the quote marks).
