Integrated Contentful with Zapier in free plan and tested fine but I am not able to keep it turned on. Going to Off state after a second. The zap is created to notify about the changes through email.

Hey @TMathew ,

Can you share the screenshot of the Zap?

Hey @TMathew ,

I think this is happening because you are on free plan and Webhook based trigger don't work on free plan.

In left side bar (In black) can you see some warning or such. If yes please share screenshot with me.

This is the dashboard, I am new to Zapier may you will be able to find something

Oh wait, i think I found.

You have exhausted Zapier Usage that is why your Zap gets switched Off.

Hey @TMathew ,

Can you try to publish the Zap now? It should work now.

Seems like a known issue, please find the below response from Zapier team

Just to give you more context on the issue, the app "Contentful" is returning "message": "Please specify an HTTP \\\"Content-Type\\\" header with an API version, for example: \"application/vnd.contentful.management.v1+json\"." which is causing the Zap to turn off.

Hey @TMathew ,

Have you made any changes in your Zapier workflow? Can you share a screenshot about the error from Zapier?

Hey @TMathew 👋

Just came across this and saw that the Support team added you to a bug report relating to that “Please specify an HTTP \\\"Content-Type\\\" header with an API version, for example: \"application/vnd.contentful.management.v1+json\” error message, which is causing the Zap the automatically be switched off.

The team doesn’t have a solution in place just yet, and I can’t give an ETA on when it will be resolved, but we’ll be sure to let you know by email as soon as we have an update.

In the meantime, perhaps you could try using the Webhooks by Zapier app for the trigger instead?

It’s a bit more advanced since it would involve setting up a webhook to be sent to the Zap from Contentful, but these guides should help with getting that set up:

Hope that helps to get the Zap up and running! Let us know if you run into any issues with that alternative approach, want to make sure you’re all set 🙂
