Does anyone here know how to create zaps from Limo Anywhere to QBO? I am getting too many errors. I am trying to create an invoice in QBO from a new reservation in Limo Anywhere. I have successfully done a zap from new reservation → New customer in QBO, then needed to do an invoice for that customer from the charge table inside the new reservation, but keep getting errors saying fields don’t match, numbers too large so on.. Has Anybody done that before and could help?

I do need help but I need someone who can help me create the actual workflow I am looking for because my errors seem to be because I may be choosing the wrongs fields, and I have tried everything possible to my knowledge. Too many error combination to list here and try to resolve like that. I tried reaching out to Zapier for hands-on help but no success. I am trying to create an invoice in QBO every time I create a new reservation/customer in Limo Anywhere. I have successfully created a zap to search/create a customer in QBO when a new reservation/customer is created in Limo Anywhere. However from there I am having problems. I believe the next step would be to create products in QBO from the Limo Anywhere reservation since the products are needed for the invoice, but that's when I start getting errors. I have different combination of possible products each time, but I am not identify the one field from LA that would be the rate for that. All I see is one that lists all the different products rates in one line so that error I get is that the number is too big. From listing all the different products in the invoice, the next needed step would be to have a payment applied to the invoice every time I payment is applied to that reservation in LA. I haven't been able to try this step since I am stuck on the step that creates the products. Does anyone know how I can have hands on help by someone possibly doing it directly from my Zapier dashboard over a zoom call or any other support system? Thank you
