I keep coming back to Zapier only to get more and more frustrated.  i used to have several zaps that worked great with Clio.  Now I can’t get even the easiest one to work anymore.

 

I tried to make a simple Zap.  When a VA fills out a simple google form the response goes to a google sheet.

 

The Zap is when a new row of the google sheet is created, then create a person contact in Clio.  (Should be pretty simple)  I fill out all the prompts and it goes smoothly, until I test it.

 

But I get an error everytime that says the app returned "NotFoundError".  Try searching "NotFoundError". in all the myriad of Zapier and nothing explains it.

 

Does anybody have any suggestion besides jump off a cliff?

The Prefix is a dropdown list with options.

Each option has 2 values: top/bottom.

Valid values from dynamically mapped variables need to match the bottom value for an option.

Can you show screenshots of the options available in the dropdown list?

I am attaching a screenshot from the Google form.  (Its just Mr. or Ms.)

 

I thought it if it was just the pull down that was screwing up my zap, I would eliminate the prefix altogether.

 

I deleted that part of the action (since it is not required), tested the step again and got the same “NotFoundError”.

Can you show screenshots of the list options from the ‘Prefix’ tab? (left of the ‘Custom’ tab.)

Another thing to check, is the Address may require a Country if other Address fields are populated.

 


Troy! You have given me hope right before Thanksgiving!!!!!!!

 

I see what you were getting to.  The Mr and Ms in Clio do not have periods.  I deleted the entire zap, fixed the form and responses and re-created the Zap.  Now it works!
