We are trying to link Zoho CRM with Google Ads Conversion Tracking, but we are encountering an error :

Third-Party (Zapier) Connection – We receive the error: "Can't access Zoho - Zoho authorization returned error 'Support for non-US regions coming soon for this connection type.'

Are you selecting the right Zoho domain to connect to? See more about it here- https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8495954476045-How-to-Get-Started-With-Zoho-CRM-on-Zapier

If yes, then it is maybe that your region is not supported yet for this integration as the error mentions.
