I’m trying to create a workflow that reads the contents of a google doc. Testing keeps returning "This operation is not supported for this document".

 

The chat suggests I need to add Zapier trust to our google drive settings, but I don’t have a client id to add. Has anyone gone through this?

Do you own this Google Doc file and if not do you have view or edit access as otherwise it won’t work? Here is a helpful article about common problems with Google Drive in Zapier- https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8495965264397-Common-Problems-with-Google-Drive. 

Maybe delete the connection and reconnect it again if it’s some permission issue. Otherwise please post screenshots for us to have more context. Hope it helps!
