Trouble configuring the organisation

Hi, 

I’m trying to create a Zap with Zoho invoice. After login in the Zoho. account and selecting the trigger event, I go to the section “Configure” and try to select the organization, so the business I want to connect to. But when I click on it, it’s say that there is no option available. I created a Zap the day before with another business and the organization show the first try. But with this one, I can’t select it, which made me enable to advance to the next step. 

I verified with my Zoho account to make sure it’s was the right one and all the credential where valid, but I can seem to find what wrong with the connection between Zapier and Zoho.

Can anyone help me find a solution to this problem?

Thanks for your reply,

When talking about the region, do you mean the step where I select Zoho.com, Zoho.ca… etc? If it’s that you are talking about, I did selected the right one.

Try deleting your trigger step (Zoho) and adding it again, or reconnecting your zoho account.

In your Zap step, make sure you have selected the correct Zoho Invoice Zap app connection.

 

Try clicking the refresh button in the Zap step.

 

Check your Zoho Invoice Zap app connection here: https://zapier.com/app/assets/connections

You may need to reconnect.
