Question

Triggering an alert when a deadline is reached

Bonjour,

Moderator edit to include Google Translation of original message:

Hello,

I'm having trouble setting up a Zap to trigger an email alert when a date in a column of my Google Sheet (which contains dates in DD/MM/YYYY format) is due.

I'd like an email to be sent to me on the day it happens. However, even with the filter, it doesn't work...

Thanks for your help!

Hi @audreym31

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing:

  • how your Zap steps are outlined
  • how your Zap steps are configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible

Hi @audreym31 👋

Just wanted to check how things are progressing—were you able to get the Zap fixed? If so, would you be up for sharing what the solution was?

And if not, feel free to share some screenshots as Troy mentioned and we’ll be happy to help. Just be sure to blur or remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing—you can use a tool like Zappy for that.

Looking forward to hearing from you! 🙂
