Can you post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured to help us have full context?

The above screenshots show the flow; I can’t choose a task (disabled) before choosing a project/task list/name. However, upon choosing the other three appropriate options, it shows “unable to load choices”. With the setup in place, ideally I would like to add subtask(s) to the task that was just created in the same zap. Connections are working fine.

Try using the ‘Custom’ option to map the Task ID from the previous step.

Is the Task being created in Step 2 under the same Project?

Does this specific Task ID still existing in Redbooth still or was it deleted during testing?
Try retesting Step 2 before testing Step 3.
