Hope you don’t mind but I’ve moved your message out into a new topic since you appear to be getting a different error message to the one being discussed on the previous topic.
I’ve been looking into this and found a similar case of that error when using Transfer. For that instance it seemed to have been a browser related issue. Can you try creating the transfer again within a different web browser (Google Chrome, Safari etc.) and let us know if that gets it working?
