I am trying to create a Zap to automatically create time entries from my Beebole (project time tracking) account.

 

The action from QB Online to create a time entry seems to work fine and returns what seems to be a valid JSON. However, when I log in to my QB account, the entry is never created. I have waited for a couple of hours in case there was some type of API delay but still nothing

 

Any suggestion on how to verify what the issue might be?

 

I can create a time entry with the same parameters directly from my QB account with no issue

 

I am attaching the return from testing the action

 

It seems there is a difference between time entries (what you see when manually input time) and time activities (summarized time data) that is not directly reflected in the available timesheet, but available via reporting

 

So there is no issue with Zapier. It is QB who handles two different data types a bit inconsistently in my opinion

 

This question can be disregarded
