I have upgraded an existing Ticket Tailor to Zoho Books ZAP.  I have spend time trying to get the AI to address my concerns but it continues to fail. This was working to some extent with the previous verions.

Ticket Tailor produces an invoice like the below. We have 5 lines we wish to identify and not all are required for every order.

I wish to take each line item and create (more or less) the same invoice in Zoho Books. The Zoho Books connector supports Line Items (repeating) and the Ticket Tailor Item Name, Qty, Rate etc provides for multiple data which normally identifies repeating rows. I had this working before the upgrade but now it appears Zoho Books cannot understand the data being passed by the ticket tailor connector.  The AI helper in Zapier decided it was better to re-write everything in Phyton but that did not work. While the invoice itself did get created I am no longer able to identify the ticket sales, charges and fees. These are important to us as profits are shared based on the sold ticket value and not on donation etc. Also donations and transaction charges have no GST whereas now everything has GST.

If I have to reformat the Ticket Tailor data then please let me know. Spent some time on this but the AI helper is taking me further away from the actual requirements.

Hi and welcome to the Community, @HZNZ! 🎉

Sorry to hear our AI Copilot feature wasn’t able to help get things fixed. Hmm, it sounds like there might have been a change to how Ticket Tailor supplies it’s order data in the newer version of the app. So you might need to explore using Formatter to help fix the format of the data that’s supplied, presumably it’s sending them over as line items?

It looks like something went wrong with the images that were included in your post. Would you mind sharing them again here?

Also, would be good to see the output from the Ticket Tailor trigger and the setup of the Zoho Books action to help us better identify what might be causing the trouble here. Be sure to use a tool like Zappy to remove any personal info like names, emails etc. before sharing as this is a public space. 🙏

Looking forward to hearing from you!

It is ok. I got everything to work. Once I worked out what was going on I was able to make it work and now it is better than before. The AI did write some code for me and it all worked. thanks

YAY! That’s so great to hear @HZNZ! 😁 I’m really pleased Copilot was able to help you to get it all sorted.

Sounds like you’re all set for the moment, but please do reach back out if you need help with anything else. Until then, happy Zapping! ⚡
