Also, make sure your notification settings are ON for alerts about Zap app connections.

I know you mentioned you’ve seen this pop up here and you’re definitely right. Facebook Lead Ads can be an absolute doozy in terms of getting the permissions JUST right. So much so my friend Lionel put together this awesome guide for troubleshooting:
Can you walk through and double check these steps for us? Once you’ve done that and you’re still running into errors at that point I’d encourage you to open a ticket with my teammates in support. It’ll likely require a more in depth look into your zap then we’ll have access to in community.
