The purpose of the Zap concerned is to trigger when a line in a google sheet is modified, and then to find the corresponding record in Smartsuite and update it, or create a new Smartsuite record if it doesn't already exist.
I've just tested the creation of a new record in my google sheet. The record is created, but strangely only 2 fields are filled in, even though they are all mapped.
I don’t understand why...
Hi
For us to have full context, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode so we can see the field mappings.
Check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step to help you troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/
Here are the screenshots of the mapping for the step “Find record”
And the screenshots for the “Update Record” Step
And I checked the Zap runs history details (which I am discovering). It says that there is too much datas ! And I also have some kind of alter that I don’t understand :-(
Why am I supposed to do ? What is the limit ?
Thank you for your help !
Looks like you did some bulk update across many GSheet rows, which triggered a bunch of Zaps to fire and for those Zap Runs to be HELD.

Held
A held status indicates that the Zap run is being held for one of a few reasons. Held statuses can be caused by:
- Too much data: too many steps (100+) would have been triggered when Zapier checked for new data.
- This "flood protection" prevents you from accidentally using a large number of tasks.
- Disconnected app: one of the app accounts used in the Zap is disconnected. Reconnect the app account, then replay the held Zap run.
- Task limit reached: the account reached the task limit for its plan or uses a premium app that is not supported by the plan. To replay the held Zap run, upgrade your Zapier plan.
- Payment issue: the payment information on the account has expired. To replay the held Zap run, update your payment method.
- Restricted app: in Team or Company accounts, your Zapier account owner or admin has limited the use of the app and you do not have permission to use it.
