I am having an issue where by Zapier cannot capture all the sales invoices that are automatically generated on the first day of every month.

 

I have over 300 invoices that are sent at circa 2am on the first of every month as repeating invoices. Zapier is capturing circa 150 of them.

 

I am assuming Zapier cannot handle the speed at which they are all released.

 

Has anyone else had this issue and found a solution?

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

I did some digging into this, and it seems like the “New Sales Invoice” trigger return only the 100 newest invoices per poll, so if you are bulk uploading invoices of more than 100/time, Zapier will miss some. You will need to create new invoices in batches <100.
